Carter Down Educational Services Pty Ltd was formed by Linda Carter and Ross Down in the late 1990’s to provide professional development and support for teachers of senior secondary school Psychology. They were instrumental in the development of Psychology as a VCE subject since its inception, making significant contributions to the development of the course and providing valuable professional development for VCE Psychology teachers over a number of decades.

Kate Gallagher and Steph Walton now wish to continue Linda and Ross’ legacy of providing quality support programs to Psychology teachers with the most contemporary and relevant information in relation to the teaching of secondary school Psychology. Both Kate and Steph are highly experienced and passionate VCE and IB Psychology teachers. They have authored textbooks and resources, held numerous leadership positions as well as mentoring and lecturing pre-service teachers at the Graduate School of Education, Melbourne University.
